📜 IDA MODEST FAITH: Return & Exchange Policy
1. The 24-Hour Reporting Rule
Your satisfaction is our priority, but we operate with strict quality control. If you wish to request an exchange or report an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your courier.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.
The physical item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.
2. Condition of the Garment (Strictly Enforced)
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the garment must be in its original, showroom condition.
Tags must be fully intact and uncut.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Mastermind Check: We thoroughly inspect all returns. If the garment has makeup stains, sweat marks, perfume/attar smells, or signs of wear, the exchange will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Sizing & Customer Responsibility
We provide detailed size charts to help you make the perfect choice.
Ordering the wrong size is not a brand defect. We do not take responsibility for incorrect size choices made by the customer.
If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it (subject to the Length Rules below), you will bear the two-way shipping costs (sending it to us, and us sending the new piece to you).
4. The Length Customization Rules
Because our Abayas are tailored to specific lengths, the following rules apply to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Lengths 54" and Shorter: NO RETURNS ALLOWED. You may only exchange for a smaller size in the exact same length.
Lengths 58" and Longer: Both returns and exchanges are allowed within the 7-day window. (Note: All approved returns are processed as Store Credit, not bank refunds).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items (The Unboxing Video)
We take pride in our factory's finishing, but human errors can happen.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Ida Modest Faith will cover all return and exchange shipping costs.
Mandatory Proof: You must share clear photos of the defect AND an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Without an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, defect claims cannot be verified or accepted.
